Off-the-shelf software makes you change the way you work to fit the tool. Custom software does the opposite. We build systems around your existing process — your order flow, your approval steps, your reports — so your team stops juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper registers.
What we build
- Ordering and catalogue systems — customers browse your range and place orders; your team sees them in one dashboard.
- Inventory and stock tracking — know what you have, what’s moving and what to reorder, across locations.
- Customer and member management (CRM) — every enquiry, call and follow-up in one place, so no lead is forgotten.
- Community and member platforms — private spaces where groups post, share and stay connected.
- Admin dashboards and reports — the numbers you check every morning, without exporting anything.
- Integrations — payment gateways, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, accounting exports and the tools you already pay for.
Who it’s for
Growing businesses, institutes and associations in Gujarat and across India that have outgrown spreadsheets — usually when the same information is being typed in three places, or when the owner is the only person who knows where everything is.
How a project runs
- Discovery call (free). We learn how the work happens today and where it breaks.
- Written scope and fixed quote. You see exactly what will be built, by when, for how much.
- Clickable prototype. You try the screens before a line of production code is written. Changes here are cheap.
- Build in short milestones. You see working software every few weeks, not just at the end.
- Launch, training and support. We move your data across, train your team, and stay on for fixes and improvements.
Common questions
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the number of screens, user roles and integrations. After a discovery call we give a fixed quote for a clearly written scope, so the price doesn’t drift. Small internal tools cost far less than most people expect.
How long does it take?
A focused first version usually ships in weeks, not months. We’d rather launch a smaller system your team uses every day and grow it, than spend a year on something nobody has tried.
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment you get the source code, the hosting accounts and the documentation.
Can it work on mobile too?
Yes. Everything we build is responsive by default, and we can add a dedicated mobile app when your users need one.
